Hello! I was given permission by AngelOShadows to take over the new unfilled claims spreadsheet. All the writing below is the same as the original thread.
If it's urgent, please PM me.
Since there are so many threads floating around, it's not surprising that there's a lot of claims that go unfilled. This thread was made for the purpose of filling those unfilled claims!
- NEW Rule: If you don't list the claim date in number format (Example MM/DD/YYYY) you will be skipped.
- You will not be added if you, yourself, haven't filled the claim you yourself have
- You will not be added if you are known not to fill claims
- You will not be added if the claim hasn't reached its overdue date. Please wait at least 2 weeks past the original thread's due date before using this thread.
• 24-hour threads, if the account has been closed, or if you've been skipped over are the exceptions to this. - This thread is only for unfilled claims, not dead threads. You will not be added if you weren't claimed and were the last poster in that thread.
- If you're volunteering art, please try to take a maximum of 2 weeks to fill the claim. If you believe you will take longer than that, mention it somewhere, if you don't I will remove you from the Already Claimed section of the spreadsheet.
- Do not take more than 3 claims at a time
- Do not make multiple posts one after another for either filling claims or for filing for unfilled claims. Post them in either 1 large post, edit your original post and PM the claimee, or wait for other people to post between you.
- New Rule: If you see see a comment posed by me in the thread you can assume all previous comments have been checked and added to the spreadsheet. Do not edit older comments pass my comment as I won't see the edits to add them into the spreadsheet.
- New Rule: When when posting a claim to add to the sheet make sure the link you add is to the unfilled claim and not just the top of the thread. (to do this click on the little link icon on your post to the the link that goes directly to your claim on the page) This is to help volunteers and myself know what claim it is in the case of the username changes and also makes things easier for volunteers to find the claim they're filling.
- If the claim was filled improperly, please PM me regarding the situation & we will decide from there if I will add you or not!
• This is to prevent people from trying to double up on art from a single claim.

If at any time you feel that I have stopped moderating the thread, and I am not responding to PMs, you are more than welcome to remake this thread. As of right now I am not looking for volunteers, but that will most likely change in the future.

I'm still confused on what to do.. ╥﹏╥ J feel stupid..
So I claimed someone on a mystery oc trade thread and I already sent the char but they haven't accepted it yet and nobody claimed me yet.. Also what is this number thingy? I'm so lost..

Shadowpaw_123_ if they haven't accepted yet they probably haven't been on to see it. This thread is for unfilled claims, I'm not sure what game you entered into and it's rules but typically unfilled claims means someone claimed you and it's been over the time limit for them to finish the claim. If no one has claimed you yet then you would just have to wait until someone enters into the game and take your claim. But if you could link the thread so I can take a look at it that would be helpful to see what's going on.
To submit a claim that hasn't been filled you have to fill out this form listed in the post above listed under "Participants"

I think i'm just being dumb here honestly..
I've just seen that this unflilled thread been mentioned and it said I should fill it out. Or maybe I just misunderstood..
Shadowpaw_123_ Yeah I was the one that mentioned it since I saw your post in the old unfilled claims thread.
The person who owns this thread has actually blocked me so I can't see the claim. ^^' I do know this game though, if no one has claimed you yet like you said before then it can't be added into the unfilled claims thread. You'll likely just have to wait until someone claims you and if that person doesn't send you a character under the time limit then fill out the form. Unless I'm misunderstanding something and you have been claimed and didn't get anything. And if that is the case could you add a screenshot of the claim, the rules of the thread (so I can see the dead line for waiting for a character. I forget what it is.) And fill out the form I added in my last message. ^^
Only make a form here for it if the person who claims you doesn't send a character under the thread rules time limit.
