A blinking animation is fine, but some tail movement would be brilliant :^) Pose can be a simple sitting position.

Niles would the bounce be a halfbody smooth animation like that, or a fullbody but with only like, 2 frames?

Fullbody would be prefered. And I don't know much about animating. as long as it does not look too choppy or is too fast But really, what ever works better for you

Niles basically a fullbody bounce, or a smooth flap animation would cost extra. A very simple flap or a halfbody bounce are fine for what you already paid

No, there are none. The pattern on them should be similar to the one on his wings. Only the outside is the dark brown. Inside is different
