I request payment before starting an order. For a more expensive order, I am happy to take 50% as a deposit up front and then the remaining 50% after your commission is completed.
Turnaround time is dependent on what you order and my current schedule. I will give you an estimate before accepting your order. Usually I won't take longer than two weeks unless it is a complex/large order

Commercial use is not included in my prices (including stream/video assets) and will require an additional fee
