Payment
I accept Payment primarily through paypal, although I am open to other popular options (venmo, cahsapp, googlepay)
I expect payment before I begin on the piece! (Although if you feel uncomfortable with this, you may let me know individually and I can give you the option of payment after an approved sketch**, or when the final image is available, watermarked until receipt of payment).
**(for a few of the options there won’t be a "sketch stage available", such as a lines-only sketch page (since it’s all sketches), and the kofi doodles
Delivery Expectation
For most of the options, you can expect them to take up to a week from the date I start on your commission (meaning if there are people in front of you, the clock hasn’t started on your particular piece until I’m done with prior commissions; HOWEVER I can totally let you know a more realistic deadline than a rigid “one week per piece” deadline and the current estimated wait time, based on my current pace working through commissions). I aim to issue a sketch before finishing the comm right before in queue, in order to insure that I’m good to go on the lineart! So in this case, the sketch isn’t necessarily an indicator that that commission is up in my queue, it’s just to insure that I’m starting in the right direction when the time comes.
Additionally, Commissions that are multifaceted/bank specifically on communication, such as a custom, will almost certainly take longer than a week (but most likely not more than a month, depending on the individual situation)
Communication
I try to be very communicative! If I have any uncertainties about the design of the character and I feel the need to clarify before continuing, I’ll shoot you a message.
LIKEWISE if there’s any important trait or element that you want me to know about that may be somewhat unclear in the reference material, just let me know! Communication is key!
Edits
If I make a mistake and forget a detail or you realize you forgot to mention something, let me know! Sometimes my brain skips over certain details and I’m more than willing to make amends even at the final stages of the piece. (HOWEVER if there’s a massive edit that needs to be made and it wasn’t due to my negligence, I may need to charge a bit extra, although I generally can’t imagine a fix so outrageous that it would be that much of a hassle to do, lol)
Refund Policy
I'm open to give full refunds for any part of the commissions i haven't finished! I can't refund for the amount of work I've already done as I can't undo the time it took to get to that stage, so anything after a sketch may only be a partial refund, but anything from sketch* to not yet started is fair game for a full refund!
