Sunglasses like this or this. A shirt kinda like this. Jacket kinda like This with the hood up though with a strap snap near the jaw to help keep it up in windy situations. Gloves a bit like this. Thick material pants with built-in knee pads on the underside of the material (think stitching and a slight bit of a bulge on the knees where they'd be) with bottoms of the legs tucked into boots like these. There's also a belt sort of like this one. He would also wear a flat, skin-toned half-mask to disguise his freckles.
As for the other two outfits one is a winter out-of-uniform outfit and the other is more of a summer-y one:

I don't really have a color scheme in mind asides from something lighter for the summer-y and winter outfits since I don't think bright colors would go well with his overall color palette but asides from that, it's up to you as long as it doesn't clash with color palette!
Glace_is_tired My experience with the game is only what a search right now has shown me. I'm assuming you're meaning this and not the pixel art, in which case I think I could do something pretty similar but probably not exact on my first go around. If you're still interested I'd be happy to try!
