- If you want me to change something in the drawing, please ask when I send you the WIP. I won't accept any requests of change after you approve the WIP. (except for color adjustments);
- I'll not accept any chargeback after I start working on the commission. If you still do, you'll be blacklisted, and will never purchase anything from me again;
