• Payment is to be made with PayPal Goods and Services in USD; I do not currently accept any other forms of payment (I no longer accept DA points.) I do not start any work until payment is received, and your order on the list is sorted by who paid first, not who asked for a commission first.
• You cannot cancel your order if I have started working on it.
• You, as the commissioner, have the right to use the artwork as page decoration, post with credit on TH and other similar sites, or use it as a profile picture. I, as the artist, have the right to use the artwork to promote myself and my work (I.E., using it as a commissions style example.) My artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes- if you would like to use the artwork for these purposes, contact me for rates and I'm happy to work something out together. Commercial purposes includes Twitch badges, emotes, stream layout décor, etc.
• I have the right to decline any commission, or cancel a commission that hasn't yet been started with full refund to the buyer. I do not cancel regularly at all, and will only cancel in the event of a commissioner being rude or disrespectful to me or other commissioners, OR if unexpected events in my personal life bar me from completing your commission in a timely manner.
• I am willing to do almost any design (within the reasonable limits of working with such a small humanoid pixel canvas), but I will not work with any design that includes hateful values or symbolism (transphobia, racism, homophobia, etc.), contains underage nudity / underage NSFW, or feral NSFW.
• I keep a public, updated to-do list on the thread of purchase- please refer to that for information as to when your commission might be completed. I am more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you have with your order, but please refer to that first. I am a full-time university student, so wait times will fluctuate throughout the semester. If you require your order by a certain date, a rush fee may be required depending on how close that date is.
• Traits that may incur complexity fees include the following, however it is largely applied on a case-by-case basis: intricate / unusual hairstyles, complex tails, large wings, detailed outfits / designs with many colors

(either comment or DM is fine, but please clearly state what you intend on receiving- I offer as many minor edits as needed if the final product is not perfect but I will not re-pixel the entire character!) Note: Larger orders (3 or more pixels) will have an extended wait time of 7-15 days- please be okay with that before contacting me!
