Terms of Service (T.o.S.)
- All prices are in USD. Only accepting payment through PayPal. (I am also considering taking payment through Ko-fi but payments will have to be made through buying coffees as a heads up. You can let me know if you'd prefer this method!)
- I will send an invoice once I have confirmed your order and will begin working once payment is received
- Payment is upfront and you will have three (3) days to pay, otherwise I will assume you are no longer interested
- Turnaround time can range from two (2) days to two (2) weeks. I will provide updates and a new turnaround time if the order exceeds two (2) weeks
- I can decline if I feel uncomfortable or do not feel I can take on your order
- I may add an extra charge for extremely complex designs at my discretion
- Refunds are available if I have not started on your order
- Work in Progress (WIP) updates will be provided (except for uncoloured sketches but you may still ask for edits) so you may request for edits and corrections. Typically, I will first send a sketch and then a WIP lined with base colours added. Please ask for major corrections (e.g. editing features or details to your character, pose, expression, etc.) during the sketch stage as I will only allow minor corrections (e.g. adding a missing facial marking or small details to clothing, colour correction, etc.) once I have lined and added colour your piece
- Commissioned pieces may be used as examples for commissions or uploaded to my social media. Please let me know beforehand if you wish to keep the artwork(s) private
- You may use the artwork(s) however you like for personal use only
- You are more than welcome to upload the artwork(s) to other sites with credits
