General

- I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason it may be at the moment

- Please provide a clear digital reference sheet / images of your character, I don’t work well with written descriptions / real life photos

- Please be clear about the order from the start to avoid confusion (asking for changes or adjustments is fine though!)

- I am allowed to use the commission work in future portfolios / examples / to post on social media (unless discussed otherwise!)

- You are allowed to colour in my lines if you ordered an uncoloured commission

- You are NOT allowed to use my art for NFTs, or AI learning.

Payment

- Upfront payment is preferred, but you can pay 50% upfront and 50% after the work is finished if you’re more comfortable with that

- I am only accepting $USD, payment must be sent through PayPal.

- Please pay within 48 hours of ordering the commission! If not, I may open up the commission slot to other people

Process

- I will begin working on the commission only after being paid the full price / 50% discussed

- Please tell me if you’d like major changes to be done when I send you the sketch, not after! Changes can still be done after the sketch has already been completed, but they may come at an extra cost depending on how major the change is + the stage of completion of the drawing!

- I estimate that commissions usually take about a week to complete, but this may vary depending on the type of commission, the complexity, how many other commissions I have + how busy I am in real life. A drawing with 1 full-body character, full render and no background will take no longer than 6 weeks.

- More complex scenes (2+ characters, drawings with backgrounds, etc) may take longer. I will make sure to discuss this with you beforehand if I feel like the drawing will take longer than 6 weeks.

- You can ask for progress updates at any time! Just be aware I may not respond right away.

Credit and Copyright

- You are allowed to use my art for any personal use (profile picture, showing to other people, uploading it to ToyHouse, turning into pins / stickers, etc) as long as you credit me in some way.

- Credit must always be to my Twitter (@DlSASTERPlECE_) or my Toyhouse (@DlSASTERPlECE), or my Artfight (@DlSASTERPlECE) **THEY ARE LOWERCASE “L”s, NOT UPPERCASE “i”s!

- Do not remove the signature. You can ask me to move the signature somewhere else as long as it stays visible on the drawing.

- Do not use my drawing for commercial use (making money with it in any way)

- Do not claim my work as your own

Refund policies

- There will be no refund given after the work has already been finished

- I will only refund in full if I am not able to complete the commission for whatever reason.

- You are allowed to cancel the commission if you haven’t already paid. If you cancel after you have already paid, and I have already spent time working on it, I will only refund you

proportionate to how much work I’ve already done.

Hello xtrnallytrippie! Doce is adorable I love their design ^^
For a ref sheet like Anarchy's, it's a fullbody and a half so 70$

And for Wolfsbane's (the 2nd ref sheet you linked) ref sheet its 2 fullbodies however it's pretty much just the same fullbody copy-pasted and I just drew a jacket on the 2nd one, + it's in a chibi/simpler style. Along with the prop (the jacket) it would probably only be 40$!

If you wanted me to design an outfit for them too that would be an additional 10$

I'm willing to haggle these prices a bit because I'm still figuring out how to price my ref sheets - please lmk if you think they are unreasonable!

That's awesome, thank you ^^ I'd be fine adding a chibi back view, does that mean you want 2 front views and 1 back view or 1 front view and 1 back view? Because if you want 2 fronts and 1 back it would be 50$, but 1 front view and 1 back the price would be the same!

With the additional outfit design fee it would be 50$-60$ in total depending on what you want!

R10T_HOUND Sorry for bothering you but I have a basic layout for the ref sheet and figured I'd send it to you just so I know how much I'll need to save! So I'd love to get a chibi one with 2 front views (both with the same outfit just different variations if possible) and this is the outfit --> Outfit Link c: and then just Doce's name, age, and pronouns if possible! ^•^ If anything will cost extra for complexity and such feel free to add it on and I can work some things around :D Ty again!
