"I" and "My" are terms used exclusively to refer to me, as the seller.
"You" is a term used exclusively to refer to you, as the buyer.

To repeat: I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my comfort or skillset.

Usage:
- No commercial use
- Do not use my art to promote any form of hate speech, illegal, or vulgar content.
- Do not edit my art*. (I will offer opportunities for edits along the way)
- Do not claim my art as created by you.
- Do not repost my art on other social media.
- Do not use my art for any automated learning or ai purposes.
- Do not use my art for NFT purposes.
- Do not copy or trace my art for profit or public use**. Private use such as light technique study is fine.
*Cropping, adding filters, etc is fine for vanity usage such as a pfp.
*You may draw over my art only to clarify certain character details when I supply a WIP.
**Public use includes but is not limited to: profile pictures, social media posts, character art intended for others to view.

Changes / Edits:
- Up to two large edits may be done at the sketch stage.
- Past the sketch stage, any further edits must be small, color-related, or due to error on my part.
- If extensive edits are requested, I will require additional fees.
- I permit character change, but if anything has been paid, the refund will not exceed the rates detailed below. This will be considered the cancellation of the original commission, and will be seen as a separate commission. Payment will be required once again after the sketch stage.

When Paying:
- PayPal only, unless I explicitly state it is for a voucher through another service.
- I accept vouchers, but any failure from the person sending the money will fall upon the commissioner.
- If cancelled prior to sketch delivery, no fees apply.
- If cancelled after sketch delivery, but before the final product, I will refund ~50%*.
- Commissions may not be cancelled after the final product is delivered.
- Chargebacks will be blacklisted. Please discuss with me! Spend responsibly.
- If the turnaround reaches a reasonable period past the original length stated without thorough communication, I will offer a full refund regardless of what work has already been done. This is at my discretion and only applies to monetary transactions.
- Commission cancellation may occur due to either party's decision, following the refund rates as stated.
*As low as 30% may be refunded depending on the coloring stage. Use goods and services when sending the money to me; I will pay fees for the original transaction, and you will pay fees for any refund that may occur.

Turnaround Time:
- I strive to ensure that my TAT will roughly align with what I state, however, I may create extensions as result of real life issues. See above for terms on refund due to lack of communication or progress.
- I welcome reminders of due work, but only with sufficient time between contact. Do not ask daily for updates.
- I may work with hard deadlines, but with additional fees depending on length of time granted. This is selective.

Questions?:
- Questions are more than welcome at any point in the process! Feel free to ask in public* for transparency or in private. Response time varies due to my personal life and the time it may take for me to create a professional and courteous reply.
*Please exercise reasonable judgement pertaining to what issues are made public. I am more than happy to settle disputes in private, and always make efforts towards fair treatment of commissioners!

These terms are subject to change without notice, to address any questions or issues that may come up. Past commissioners are expected to abide by all changes in the Terms of Use.
