Partly, your character is quite detailed, as you mention, it has two tails, wings like ears, organs and stuff, for the regular style, I'm usually very careful and faithful in details like these, but I always ask since sometimes characters are very detailed and it creates extra charges.
If you wish I can add the tails, but avoiding the wire pattern and simpler, the wings can be simpler, as well as the organs, and only generate an extra charge for the tails, organs and wings of $5 USD.
Very well, in the semi-chibi style I would only have to add an extra cost of $2 USD for the tails and some details that it has.
Please let me know if I can do it or you have other ideas.
