I saw this was open and decided to drop in! Your art is super cool - I'm gonna try and see if my idea interests you!
I have a personal character hidden on my TH and basically they're a conjoined set of twins. From the front, they look ordinary, but at the back the other twin's neck sits on the high upper-back. The backs of their heads touch so that they look in opposite ways, like the Roman god Janus. They are skinny to the point of emaciation - the twin at the back looks like he is fifteen minutes away from death, whilst the one facing the front is still skinny, but there is a flush of life and a bit of fat on his cheeks. They both are albinos. You can almost see the outline of their delicate heads through their pale, thin hair.
