This was once titled Monophobia Soup due to Marco's character development, and "Soup" was just added to make it seem 'trippy'
Since I had so much unsorted ideas and naming the settings of this story after Citrus fruits, I renamed it to Citrusverse, which is where I compile all the occult detective oneshots and stories I had in mind, but decided to gradually branch this story off again after accidentally making Citrusverse lowkey related to my friends' stories due to convos, getting its name Cardinal Delirium but the name felt really edgy and off-topic so I'm planning to rename it to the nth time, this time it would probably be Decretum est Sanguis (but I suck at Latin so let's just make it as plain as Blood Decree)
I want the title to match the story, so I named it Blood Decree because vampires are always associated with blood, while laws are being fabricated, or rather, remade in the story to the point it would create a new world... fucking hell I should have named this Sanguine Cosmos and now I'm confused again and i should use a Roman title instead of Latin tbh, since vamps kind of originated from Romania haha
So, I guess we'll proceed to the origin and physiology of the vampires in the story
