And yes you have to be the rank required to level / rank up. You can not get rank up to be chief even if you have 100000. You have to level / rank up in a order. There is no skipping ranks/levels. There are no demotions. i will just add more positions if all the spots are filled ouob. the current positions are just for the start of this all xD
