Important Notes:
-All beings have magic
-A being can be either elemental or neutral
elementals can have complete mastery over elements but they also have the weaknesses of the element and they cannot control every element
neutrals do not have the weaknesses of the elements and cannot master any element completely but they can use all of the elements
