Saffron's Prompts

Saffron's greatest strengths and weaknesses both stem from the same personality trait. In her upbringing, she was shown conditional love, on the basis that the affection she was given was proportional to what she could bring to the table for those around her. She was lead to have muted emotions: stoic, and often seen as uncaring by others. In her new life with Nerida, these personality concepts play a role in both positives and negatives. Her greatest strength comes in the form of her leadership of Nerida: her cold nature allows her to make unbiased decisions for the betterment of the clan and those closest to her. Decisions don't take long, seeing as she looks at them objectively rather than letting emotions cloud her mind. From a leadership perspective, these traits are often praised, but when it comes to her personal life, Saffron struggles with her greatest weakness. Her interpersonal relationships are stunted, struggling to move passed the point of small talk. Her walls are built so high that she often finds that she has to force herself to befriend those around her. She is often reminding herself, over and over, that this is her clan now, and that her old life is far beyond her.
