➳ You may not sell a design of mine higher than the price you got it. Commissioned art and personal art increase the value of the character, though art from requests and gifts do not increase the character's value due to the fact you got them free.
➳ Please do not copy, heavily reference, or colorpick my designs, or in general steal them.
➳ My older designs should not be valued the same price as my newer designs.
➳ You may not sell a design you got from me free (Requests/Gifts), unless commissioned or personal art is included.
➳ When redesigning a design of mine, please keep me as the original designer. Also, you may not sell/trade the old design and redesign separately or make them separate characters.
➳ Co-owning my designers with someone is allowed, though I don't take responsibility for any issues.
➳ If you do not have a use for a design of mine, feel free to return it to me, I'll be happy to get my design back.
➳ Do not do any NSWF content of my characters that is rated 18+. Gore is alright, though when you trade, sell or, gift someone, make sure that the person is comfortable with gore.
➳ Make sure to credit me for the design and never claim that you are the designer of the design.
➳ Failure to abide by my terms will lead to a blacklist and a block without prior warning, if the rule was severe. If the rule was trivial this will lead to a strike, repeatedly breaking my rules will lead to a blacklist eventually.
➳ Please do not sell, trade, or gift my designs to someone who is blacklisted.
➳ I have the right to revoke any design if you are blacklisted.
