🌸a 3 day hold may be granted if asked for
🌸if offering artwork, you will be given a deadline of 4 weeks
    ▪︎I am no longer granting extensions due to being ghosted numerous times for multiple months
    ▪︎once the deadline has passed, the adopt will go back UFS/UFO
    ▪︎this does not change if you only finish part of the artwork
🌸all designs of mine must stay on TH - do not delete the profile/character
    ▪︎profiles must remain public, or allow me access 
    ▪︎do not re-upload the design onto TH
    ▪︎you may add a character profile on CharacterHub, but you must credit my CH account
🌸do not remove my watermark on the image
🌸do not remove my TH watermark from the image
    ▪︎this is to keep my designs protected 
🌸you cannot resell for more than you paid
    ▪︎4 week cooldown between sales
    ▪︎can only be resold in the currency the design was purchased with
     [ ex: a design was purchased for 5kac, it cannot be sold for $5 ]
    ▪︎if you have extra art, you can add that amount to the selling price
     [ ex: a design was purchased for $5, and artwork was purchased for 5kac - the design can be resold for $5 + 5kac ]
    ▪︎this also applies to freebies - they can only be regifted unless extra art has been added
🌸designs can be tweaked after purchasing
    ▪︎must resemble the original design
🌸 do not edit my images in any way
     ▪︎you may redraw the character, but do not change the images I upload
     ▪︎change color, draw on edits, etc
🌸do not claim the design as your own + credit me
    ▪︎my TH credit must remain on all images + character profile
🌸do not resell my designs to blacklisted users
🌸design can be used for personal use only
    ▪︎commercial use is prohibited
🌸you may use my designs for gore or NSFW art/stories - please just dont be weird about it
     ▪︎if uploading, please properly mark it with the correct filters
🌸I cannot buy back an adopt
🌸password= 💌 (or 'Love Letter')

🌸for $ payments an invoice will be sent to your PayPal/CashApp account
     ▪︎payments made with Paypal will include a 6.5 % tax due to the fees

if you are caught breaking any of my rules you will receive an immediate blacklist ban, after being made aware of what rules you have broken
