This is the Terms of Service for usage, creation and ownership of the species. You are required to follow them upon involving, and any broken may lead to warnings or blacklisting depending on severity.

1. Creation Permission

You must have explicit permission to create any form of Flaurere, generally through MYOs.

2. Alternate Universes

Applying your character as / into AUs, fandoms, etc. are allowed. Using them in non-Flaurere roleplays are also allowed.

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use without notification or payment is permitted, so long you have the rights to the featured work. The only requirement is to credit SpiritX on Toyhouse with a link for the species. If Flaurere lore is included, please note that in credits too.

4. Blacklisted

If you have been blacklisted, you may keep your Flaurere, but no longer involve in the species. It is preferred that a voiding is done.

1. Negativity

Designed Flaurere should not in any way promote any forms of discrimination, including, but not limited to: Racism, homophobia, etc.

2. Media Inspiration

Please do not heavily inspire or directly copy a canon / media character for your Flaurere. This is not allowed on Toyhouse nor in our group.

3. ToS Link

Please link this Terms of Service to your Flaurere’s ToS. If you are not the designer, ensure they do and request so.

4. Redesigns

Redesigning is permitted for Flaurere, though must be sent in for approval. The rules are keeping a familiar colour palette and all traits must be remain.

|🌸| OWNERSHIP |🌸|

1. Notification

Please notify a moderator or administrator upon MYO transferral via PMs. Flaurere OCs are exempt from this.

2. Voiding

You may void your Flaurere to be another species or normal human. Notify us and they’ll be voided. Please ensure the following features removed: Plates, flower tail, flowers / stamen within ears and stockings / gloves.

3. Illegal Transferral

It is your duty to ensure you do not transfer a Flaurere to one who is blacklisted. This does not apply if they were not blacklisted at the time, but would apply if your excuse is “but I didn’t know” 

4. MYO Transferral

You cannot inflate a MYO’s worth more than purchased. You can only gift what you was gifted, sell for what you bought it for, and so on. 

5. Co-Ownership (*)

Co-owning is allowed, however, any conflict to do with it will not be the species responsibility.
