Be patient with non-native speakers - Please try to keep extended or off-topic discussions to the appropriate places when using the world forums or comment sections. If the situation is entirely offline a moderator can help talk with you, but we highly suggest contacting local authorities and documenting your experiences to the best of your ability(dates, times descriptions of a situation ect).
- We will not block or kick anyone on baseless claims. We apologize for this rule but it is to keep others from being falsely accused until proven guilty. We are an online community not a volatile mob to weaponize and ostracize people you do not like.
- Fetishes are your own private matter even if you post about them publicly. We do not discriminate based on personal choices as long as they have no affect on others. No on is responsible for your discomfort. Criminal behavior is not protected under this category.
- The mods have the final say in any disputes and reserve the right to amend the rules at any time.
- Do not contact founder @Keats about group inquiries. You can leave a comment on the main world page, contact a listed moderator or the AliumAdmin account.
- Please respect the owner(s) of a character(s) if they do not want to ship their character with yours.
- Do not pester or harass another user for a link, friendship or ship.
- Do not create unwanted ship art or pairings unless explicitly given permission by a character owner.
- Don't harass others based on shipping preferences.
- We will remove any conversations about pro/anti shipping. Shipping discourses gets very heated.
- Absolutely NO google images are allowed as visual representation of your character.
You run the risk of using someone else's original or franchise character. Most members in this world/group will be artists who create gift art of characters, RP moments and Events. They will not want to draw a character you do not own. If you cannot draw or find anyone to help you create a character image please use free doll-makers or game avatars as long as the result fits in with the group themes. - Please understand that we are only accepting humanoid, kemonomimi's and characters made from canon creatures of the game.
We will unfortunately be excluding anthropomorphic and characters who are animal versions of canon characters, and non-Genshin related Oc's.
Thank you for understanding. - About AI art: If your character(s) was made through AI programs and those images are the sole representation of your Genshin Impact Oc, we will not accept it here.
- GENERAL RULES
- When you are talking out of RP text, use "(( ))" to indicate such
- When you are talking with only one character in the same area, you should not skip any lines; if you are talking with more than on character area, then you must separate them by skipping a line after the action and text of the first character, then starting the same thing for the next character [Note: this only applies if both characters are interacting with the same character(s); if they are in the same topic, but different areas of the topic, they must be posted in different comments.]
- Any speech MUST be indicated with quotation marks and actions should be indicated by "* *", but that is optional
- GLOBAL RULES
- You cannot skip between different RP storylines
- You cannot skip between different time frames
- You cannot declare your character(s) to know someone without permission from the other person(s)
- You cannot declare your character(s) to share history or a background with another character(s) without permission from the other person(s)
- ENTRY RULES
- You cannot make another person(s) notice something; you have to let them notice it themselves
- You cannot appear in-between or near other characters unless approved by the other person(s) and allowed to do so (usually for battles or something)
- You cannot be dramatic, it MUST be a subtle entry (ie: no big flashes into the area, bothering other characters; no screaming; no making other objects fly around when you entry, bothering other characters, etc.) [Note: exceptions are allowed if approved by the other person(s) if you are in a battle or something, but it must still be kept in moderation.]
- You cannot move or come into contact with another character(s) when you enter
- SOCIAL RULES
- You cannot control the conversation or be the center of attention
- You cannot interrupt someone else's conversations (unless permitted by the other person(s))
- You cannot make person say something, nor may you tell them to say something outside of RP chat (your character may tell them to say something in RP chat, but they are allowed to refuse)
- You cannot relate to someone else's background or history without the consent of the other person(s)
- BATTLE RULES
- No god-modding (ie: being invincible, overpowered, etc.)
- No controlling other people
- You CANNOT kill another person(s)'s character without their permission
- You MUST allow the other person to CHOOSE to accept or avoid an attack [Note: there are some exceptions to this rule once you are familiar with the rules and the feel of RP battles, but you must still keep it in moderation; it cannot be a big attack (ie: cutting someone's head off, stabbing their heart or lungs, etc.) and you must allow the other person(s) to do the same.]
- You CANNOT say where a character(s) got hit, nor how they took damage, they became crippled, they lost a limb, etc.) [Note: again, there are exceptions to this rule, as well]
- You may ONLY make ONE attack at a time, still following rule #4 [Note: again, there are exceptions to this rule once you are familiar with the rules and the feel of RP battles, but you must still keep it in moderation; you cannot go into a frenzy (attacks that count over 5 in this case) and you must allow the other person(s) to do the same.]
- You may not make any moves without giving the other person(s) a chance to do something (this includes running away, teleporting (not blinking), summoning things, banishing the person(s) (and it must be approved by the person(s), etc.)
- You MUST take damage at some point
These are all of the basic rules and the owner(s) of the RP are allowed to make additional rules to their own RP.
