Primrose: Hero To-Be

In the bustling city of La Ameni, there's been a recent supernatural “outbreak”, in which superpowered people have started emerging a little only a century ago. As such, not much is known about how powers work or how people developed them. Thankfully, the development of science works fast! The Agency for Extrahuman Intelligence, or AEI for short, is a government funded agency dedicated to the study of superhumans. They've recently created a law stating that those with superpowers must submit to helping this institution with their research. But of course, not everyone submits to this. This has caused a lot of chaos, from those trying to avoid getting caught, those tasked with hunting other supernatural people down, to those that are taking advantage of all the frenzy by breaking other laws! Follow Prim, a girl who's determined to bring justice to the city just like her mentor does. There's just one small problem: she doesn't have powers.
