General Rules

• Anyrii are to be used for personal use.
• Please give the appropriate credit where it is due. Species credit goes to balyena-lu and the artwork or literature to the creator and if there is a separate designer, please credit them as well.
• Rule violators will be warned and if there are two or more involved in an issue, they'll be asked to provide proof in case there are any misunderstandings. In cases of repeated offense, bans will be given out. we operate on a "3-strikes and you're out" rule.
  • 1st Strike - Warning
  • 2nd Strike - Soft Ban, this will lasts 2-3 weeks to a month.
  • 3rd Strike - Banned from the community.
• Any form of Co-ownership is not allowed in any official capacity.

MYO Slots

• MYO slots do not expire unless it’s specified in certain events.
• MYO Slots can be bought with the seller's preferred currency, not bitcoins.
• All Slots have a two-week cooldown before they can be gifted/traded/resold.
• MYO Slots bought with real currency can only be resold for the same price or lower.

Reselling

• If you did not buy the adopt, you are not allowed re-sell them, unless you've added monetary value.
  • Commissions and personal art/writings are considered added monetary value.
  • However, "mass-produced" art/writings will nullify the monetary value of the Adopt.
• Claiming a design for a friend is allowed but you must clarify who is going to pay and there must be a written agreement for it.
  • The written agreement will be used as evidence in a scenario of a fallout (of any sort) will occur.
• Payment for MYO slots/Adoptables must be paid in the 72hrs period.
  • Failure to pay after 72hrs w/out asking for an extension or payment plan will result in a soft ban.
• No refunds will be given after an MYO, Adoptable, and/or any other species-related purchases.
  • The Designers' TOS will be deferred to for their policies.

Redesigning

• The following redesign choices do not require any items or re-approval;
  • Hair color, Hairstyles (& human hair conditions)
  • Eye color, Pupil designs (& human eye conditions)
  • Skin color (& human skin conditions)
  • Outfit, Accessories, and Permanent body modifications (ex. Tattoos, Piercings, Prosthetics)
  • Alternate color palettes are allowed.
• Redesigning a character is allowed as long as it maintains the same traits.
  • Once redesigned, the character is no longer active and is considered retired.
  • Another MYO Slot can "revive" the character and allow it to be active.
• Trait changes to a character will require an item from the shops (check the Sanctum Market St.).
  • Superficial changes to the trait such as length, width, color, and patterns don't require an item but need approval.
  • Changing a trait from Standard Anyrii to Standard Anyrii does not require an item.
  • Changing a trait from Standard Anyrii to Amalgamation Anyrii requires an item.

Voiding

• MYO Creations can be voided as soon as you've removed the recognizable traits of the species.
• Adoptables can be voided with the permission of the original designer, it'll be up to them.
  • balyena-lu designs can be voided after 6 months of the design being up.
• Redesigning a character is allowed as long as it maintains the same traits.
• To void a species character, please feel free to contact any of the following;
  • DM balyena-lu with the link to the design's master list and the revised design.
  • DM the master list account with the link to the design's master list and the revised design.
  • Comment directly to the master list profile and state that you wish to void them.
• A voided design cannot be reinstated by present owners.
  • The masterlist picture will remain as the last submitted and approved design.
  • A voided character that has a broken image in the masterlist will be replaced with a voided logo.
  • The voided character does not belong to us in any way, shape, or form.
