• We do not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, racism, pedophilia, incest, etc in the species. "Pro-shippers" will automatically be privately blacklisted from the species. While staff cannot patrol and manage the art styles of our members, any artwork depicting an underage character, or a character with the appearance and behavior of a child, in any offensive or suggestive manner will prompt a ban and blacklist.
• Eisangelia is a semi-open species, and every member is allowed a free design (must claim a token first). We ask that you not make one without having an MYO slot or free token. We also ask members not to create adoptables for the species unless you are a staff member, guest artist, designer, or affiliate.
• We do not allow the use of slurs on any species bulletin or post.
• Members with a problematic history will be blacklisted (either publically or privately depending on the severity of their actions).
• Eisangelia with NSFW artwork or literature cannot be traded, gifted, or resold to minors. Minors cannot make NSFW content of Eisangelia. Improper and distasteful behavior towards staff and members will not be tolerated. This includes bad-mouthing, gossiping, or harrassment. Please be kind to your fellow members!
• We do not allow the use of the following words in any Eisangelia space:
  sh*ta, l*li, f*mboy, tr*p, fujoshi/fudanshi, any lgbtq or racial slurs, or any similar words.
• Eisangelia staff are not responsible for handling personal, private matters held outside of the species.
• Do not beg, guilt-trip, or make unsolicited offers on Eisangelia who are not stated to be ufo!

• To void an Eisangel, please contact a staff member in the discord or the ML account.
• There is no fee for voiding an Eisangel. However, we do ask to remove the tendrils and armor at minimum.
• If you are wanting to undo a voided Eisangel, please contact staff. The person who voided may not request an undo.
• Voided Eisangelia cannot be used in events or anything species-related. They are no longer officially recognized as an Eisangel.

• Do not base your Eisangelia design off of an existing person or character.
• We do not allow explicit Eisangelia designs. Please keep it sfw for our masterlist, and the courtesy of others.
• Designs must not be based off of hateful or offensive content. If you are creating a design themed around another culture, we ask you to do so respectively. If you cannot create a design without leaning into orientalism or stereotypes, then do not create it at all. Please be mindful of others.
• We ask you to be extremely cautious if designing a character with what can be considered a military theme. If staff feels a design to be offensive in any manner, we will deny approval until requested changes are met. (we consider it best to avoid this theme over all just to be careful!)
• Do not trace or edit existing designs/artwork to use as your own without permission.
• Commerical use is allowed, as long as you can follow the following: if the design was not created by you, you must have explicit permission from the designer to use it; contact the owner (_elusive); credit is extremely appreciated! We do not charge for commercial use, but we do not gaurentee that a designer will not charge a fee for the design.
• You may co-own a design (two people maximum). Please inform staff so we can update the masterlist accordingly. We will not handle drama between co-owners.
• Your Eisangel may have other species forms as long as it is allowing in their ToS! It may also have a one-off form.

• We do not offer refunds for MYO slots.
• If purchasing an adoptable, you must follow the artist's TOS.
• Slots obtained through free means have $0 value, and cannot be resold. Monthly raffle slots may be traded. Flash-raffle slots may not be traded.
• Slots do not have deadlines for use.
• If you are bidding or offering money on an adoptable, do NOT delete your offers. Only offer if you can afford it! Deleting bids can result in a temporary (around 30 days) suspension from purchasing or offering for adoptables.
• If you are offering art, only offer if you can complete it within a reasonable time.
• Backing out of offers is now allowed, and can result in a temporary suspension. Please offer responsibly!

Do not harass any of the listed users. Knowingly trading to a blacklisted member will result in you being blacklisted as well. Please be mindful of reasons for blacklisting, as it may contain sensitive content. Names marked with * may contain explicit imagery, such as underage character nsfw or other similar content.
