By participating in the Angemos closed species, you are agreeing to have read and understand all rules listed.
Failure to follow or breaking any of the rules listed will warrant warnings depending on the severity of your actions or a permanent ban from the species and added to our blacklist.

• Angemos are a closed species, which means you cannot make your own without a myo (make your own) slot.
  There are several ways to get one, please check our F.A.Q for more information!
• Must be 13 years old or older to join.
• Angemos made to promote hateful speech or offensive stereotypes agaisnt any race, culture, etc. will not be tolerated.
• Staff must always be informed about every trading / selling / gifting of any Angemo in the masterlist!
• Please refrain from showing / talking about heavy or commonly triggering topics in Angemo public spaces. You will get a warning for this, depending on the situation.
• Be respectful to all members & non-members of the species.
• All content shared in the server or/and world (public spaces) must be pg-13 and cannot contain any blacklisted / not safe for work material.

• We DO NOT tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic &/or transphobic speech, jokes, imagery, etc. Any usage will result in bans or / and a permanent blacklist.
• We do not tolerate the harrasment of other members over their designs.
• Do not trace / copy or get heavily inspired by the angemos or anyone's character / art (in and out of the species). This will result in a warning, depending on the insistence with which it is done. Continuous or incessant offenses will result in a public ban / blacklist.
• We do not allow characters based on already existing media such as "kinsonas", "dekudogs", etc., as per general toyhouse & copyright rules. Inspiration is fine, however it cannot be an 1=1 (exactly the same character) in terms of design.
• You are not allowed to use slurs in public spaces, even if you can claim these, nor display images containing such (this includes any racial slurs or/and lgbtq+ slurs).
• Sharing or supporting scandalous content / media is strictly prohibited, both in the world and Discord, including Angemo designs. We refer to scandalous content as the following:
  • racist
  • incestuous
  • l*li / sh*ta (p*dophiliac / underage nsfw)
  • hateful content/speech
  • fascist
  • general proshipping and map media.
  Sharing any type of content / media that supports and / or contains anything from this list will guarantee an

immediate blacklist.

• Payment either for Official Angemo adopts or slot(s) must be sent in 48 hours. Holds are allowed as long as you are punctual and notify the staff and/or designer in advance about it.
• Harassing members or artists over their designs is not allowed.
• Backing out / deleting comments is not allowed. Please make sure you’ll be able to pay before claiming anything.
• If you have shown very recent concerns of being in financial trouble, we have the right to refuse to sell to you for your own protection.

• We can't and WILL NOT accept profiles or screenshots as proof for your myo / slot! screenshots can be faked and we always need to slot link in order to mark as used, to avoid it being potentially re-used in the future. Your myo will not be accepted if you can't provide a valid slot link!
• There's a seven (7) days cooldown period. that means you are not allowed to sell/trade/gift myo slots until the seven (7) day cooldown period will be off.
• if anyone is reselling an myo slot for more than the amount listed or without proof of payment, please contact staff as soon as possible.
• we DO NOT refund myo slots or adoptables. even if you become blacklisted in the future.
• raffle myo slots are never to be traded or sold (even as a part of a "bundle"). Only gifted.
• we do not allow the resale of slots that were obtained via trade.

• There's a three (3) days cooldown period For all MYO designs since their approval. That means you are not allowed to sell/trade/gift the design until the three (3) day cooldown period will be off. This includes trading MYOs before they are masterlisted properly.
• Harassing a member or artist over a design is not allowed.
• Co-owning is allowed only between two people.
  • If there are personal problems between co-owners, don't bring species mods into it. co-own with a friend, not a stranger!
• Please always look at the designer's TOS aswell.
• you are NOT allowed to co-own, trade or gift any angemo to a blacklisted user. knowing this & said user being blacklisted will result in you being blacklisted aswell.
• there is no need for appraisal, you can resell an angemo for it's base value + any added commission/personal art it has.
• if you received an angemo in a trade, we ask of you to not resell it until commissions or personal rendered art has been added to the character.
• if you catch anyone reselling an angemo for more than their value is set, let the staff know as soon as possible!

For documentation purposes, we will not be completely removing a blacklisted masterlist. we will only be removing it from the public eye and that will be it.
