General TOS + Commission info
If I catch you breaking my TOS, you may be placed on my blacklist or watchlist
Here I will explain some information and my art TOS, please read these before commissioning me. If you're commissioning a design from me, read my Design TOS.
Work In Progresses / WIPs
- I will send WIP screenshots to the commissioner if I need to get something approved. If I drew something wrong in a WIP, please tell me what needs to be changed, I'll fix it no problem! In my Art Queue, for commission progress, I will write "Progress: # WIP" in there.
- The WIP stages will roughly be the same when I'm making a custom

Will & Won'ts
- Even if a theme isn’t/is listed here, I can still accept or decline your commission request. Don't force me into doing your commission if I don't want to.

- Animals/Fictional
- Original Characters
- Robots
Won't draw
- NSFW, Fetishes
- Gore
- Offensive art/themes
- Political related
Use & Credit
- My art will NEVER be for AI learning or sold as NFTs
- Please ALWAYS credit me whenever using my art it public, don't claim my work as your own.
- You may use it for personal purposes [profile pictures, posters, etc.]. But my art can't be used for your own financial gain.
- If you own a character I made, you may edit my art of it when redesigning them.
Payment
- You may pay by 2 ways:
- Send half of the payment after I’ve shown the 1st WIP and then send the rest of it after I’ve shown the finished piece
- OR pay the full amount after I’ve shown the 1st WIP
- I don't do refunds, unless I can't complete your commission. I can also do refunds if I haven't made any progress on your commission yet and you'd want a refund, then I'm willing to give you a full refund.
Important Parts
- When requesting an OC drawn, I require reference sheets or images. I can't visualize what you're imagining just through descriptions :<
- I have a pinglist for when comms open, so feel free to ask if I can add you in it!
- Sometimes I don't follow the specific steps in the WIPs stages but that usually when I'm fast on a piece
- I don't accept random discord friend requests so if you're planning to contact me there, comment on my TH profile first so I know you're planning to commission/talk to me.
