Secret Sender always starts on the 1st and ends on the 21st, giving the participants exactly 3 weeks to draw their gift.
There is a 3-day grace period between the 21st and 23rd to allow people to finish/send their gifts.
Signups for the next month's Secret Sender are sent out any time between the 23rd and 25th.
Signups close on the 29th, except during February where they close on the 28th.
