General TOS

✦ Do not claim Asya and its species as your own. The credits go to Beelzebunn.
✧ Species under the ASYA name include - Antiviros, Raiz, Darlings, Sodabuds, Deiacults and Manterras as well as all hybrids/crossbreeds mixed within our species.
✦ MYO Consideration - For your character to be official, you need to add it to the world and be listed on the masterlist.
✧ Offbrands - While we don't care for offbrands, please do not add the species tag or Asya tag to your offbrand so there's no confusion. Gaining an official is incredibly easy, so, why not make it official!
✦ Trading/Reselling/Gifting - The only time your Asyaian can be resold with real money is ONLY if there are commissioned pieces. Otherwise, it can only be resold with the virtual currency of Flash Drives or any other virtual currency. The cooldown period is ONE WEEK. When reselling/trading/gifting, let us know first! You can notify us by the ownership form in the server or going here.
✧ Commercial Usage - We do not permit Asya names, lore, systems or characters to be used for commercial use.
✦ Your Own Lore - You may create your own lore for your own Asyaian character as it is apart of personal usage. Feel free to establish AU-esque designs of your Antiviro, but specify that it is an AU design and not an official design. Just have fun.
✧ Alt Accounts - Alt accounts are not allowed in the world OR discord without our notice. If we catch you having your alt in either area, you and your alt will be banned and your MYO slots will be revoked.
✦ NFTS/AI - We do not condone NFTS/AI or anything associated with it. Asya does not allow any of our properties, or assets to be made into nfts or be trained into the AI database. This includes but is not limited to website assets, icons, banners, designs, pixels, adopts, myos, customs, tickets, items, etc.

Design TOS
✧ Your design must not contain illegal/harmful content.
✦ Your design must not be culturally appropriative or hateful.
✧ Your base design must be entirely SFW, it cannot be nsfw. 18+ artwork must be hidden.
✦ When creating alt designs for your Asyaian, please keep them true to their OG design. At least a bit.
✧ Inspiration is fine, however, it must clearly still be your own work/character. You cannot use an exact replica or heavy copy of an already existing/copyrighted character.
✦ Family/Twin/Triplet/Etc. designs that go with another Asyaian Owner is allowed. Make sure you get their explicit permission first.
✧ Minor edits (minor colour changes/outfit changes) do not need approval. Extensive changes to your Asyaian such as ears, tails, etc. require redesign approval.
✦ You need a Crossbreed MYO Ticket to create a Crossbreed Design. Please do not create a Hybrid Design without it.
✧ If you do have a Crossbreed Ticket, please only stay within the official hybrid/affiliate traits.
✦ Be sure to add yourself as the designer of your design. If another made the design properly credit them.
✧ Official Designs such as premades, customs, MOD/FOUNDER designs and GA designs cannot be voided for any reason.

Voiding TOS
✧ To void, send a message to ELIAOS/Beelzebunn or open a ticket in the official Discord server.
✦ Your design will stay up for archival purposes on the masterlist with a VOIDED status with it. If you want to reactivate your Asyaian, please dm Beelzebunn. You have 3 days to decide.
✧ If you're selling/trading/gifting a voided Asayaian, please let the new owner know that it's voided. The new owner has the ability to reactivate it with proof of the new ownership logs.
✦ By voiding a design, you are removing it from the species and are no longer able to use all species traits.
✦ Your design will stay up for archival purposes on the masterlist with a VOIDED status with it. If you want to reactivate your Asyaian, please dm Beelzebunn. You have 3 days to decide.

✦ Please don't block the Staff Team. If you have any comments/concerns, please dm Beelzebunn.
✧ Be sure to spoil any triggering imagery with the spoiler tag + tag it with a trigger warning. Same goes for flashing images/gifs.
✧ Slur Usage, reclaimable or not is prohibited. Bigorty is also prohibited. You will be promptly removed.
✦ Asya is a no-drama zone. If you have concerns regarding another user, please talk to the staff team about it or talk it out with the person you have problems with. Do not bring it into the community.
