1. Redesigns:

   • When redesigning your Zippleon, ensure you possess the necessary items for the specific changes.  

   • All redesigns must receive approval before implementation.

2. Gifting/Trading/Selling:

   • Reselling Zippleons is allowed only if they have a monetary value or include additional art/commissions.   

   • Trading Zippleons is permissible, but the recipient must be a member of our official Discord Server.   

   • If you acquire a Zippleon from a raffle without extra art, refrain from reselling it. Instead, consider gifting it for free or reraffle it.

3. Zippleons as a Closed Species:

   • Due to Zippleons being a closed species, creating your own is not permitted unless you own a MYO (Make Your Own) egg.

4. Adopts & Customs:

   • Only staff and species artists may create adopts and customs.  

   • Members creating adopts must have the necessary items and a MYO egg for the design.  

   • Customs can be freely made by staff and permanent guest artists; otherwise, items are required.

5. Commercial Use:

   • Merchandise featuring Zippleons should only depict your own Zippleon, unless you have explicit permission from the Zippleon's owner.

6. Other Species Forms:

   • Non-closed species and other forms are allowed, but they must be given away with your Zippleon if you choose to resell or trade it.

7. Membership Terms:

   • To trade or obtain Zippleons, membership in our official Discord server is mandatory.   

   • Always credit the species by providing a link to our world or Discord when creating anything related to Zippleons or subspecies.

8. One-offs:

   • Sharing one-offs of this species in the world is strictly prohibited.  

   • One-offs are allowed as long as they aren't claimed to be a Zippleon and lack key features (tail zipper, heat pits, mane).

9. Conflict Resolution:

   • Resolve conflicts discreetly, avoiding drama in direct messages. For member issues, contact staff.

10. Voiding:

    • Approval is required to void a Zippleon, and the masterlist entry needs updating. Voiding can be done through our Discord server.

11. Blacklist/Ban Terms:

    • If blacklisted or banned, you cannot own or receive new Zippleons.    

    • Previously owned Zippleons may be kept, but a redesign is necessary (refer to the one-off section for details).

12. Adult Content Terms:

    • Keep anything related to this species PG 13. NSFW content of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited.

13. ML Submission Guidelines:

    • All submissions must be made in our Discord server.  

    • Submissions require a flat-colored full body with a white outline and transparent background. Seek assistance from staff if needed.

14. Waiting Periods:

    • Wait at least a week (7 days) to transfer or fully redesign a Zippleon, including newly created ones.  

    • If redesigning a Zippleon not designed by you, seek permission and ensure mutation sprouts and required items are available for significant changes.

• you must always use #zippleonspecies when posting on ANY social platform that acceots hashtags

• you can optionally use #zippleon #zippleons or #zippleonsspecies as well
