♤You must be at least 13 years or older to join the server, Toyhouse world, or Deviantart group.

♤NSFW content is NOT allowed in any public areas of the species. You may have images or stories attached to your character on Toyhouse but make sure it is labeled according to Toyhouse guidelines.
-Be aware of WHO you are interacting with. If you are an adult interacting with a minor in an inappropriate way or a minor attempting to interact with an adult in an inappropriate way, it's an immediate ban from the group.

♤Be respectful of those around you! Spam, insults, harassment, etc is not tolerated towards ANYONE, including staff. Racism, Transphobia, etc is strictly NOT ALLOWED!

♤Do not use excessive extreme language. While you may curse occasionally, do not make it a habit. Slurs in any fashion will not be tolerated and can cause an immediate ban.

♤This is not your vent space! We realize you may be going through some struggles but please do not overshare personal information or vent in incorrect channels. Hard topics aren't necessarily banned but we don't know what everyone is going through in life and don't want to cause an upset.
-If you need to talk to someone and your friends are not around, please don't be afraid to ask if anyone is willing to listen and give advice in DMs. You are loved by many people on this planet, seek help when it is needed.

♤Please keep personal drama out of the server. Not everyone needs to know of your personal beef. If there is a serious issue with someone that breaks one of the rules of the server, please inform a mod.

♤Feel free to discuss other species but please refrain from gossip, bashing, or badmouthing. It's okay to warn people but try not to be overly rude. Try not to make it common practice to only discuss other species here. T.O.S

GENERAL

♤When purchasing a Fawna you obtain partial rights of the design. Mugofatmosphere & Caelondian reserve the right to use adopts to showcase or for promotional purposes.

♤ You may not make your own Fawna without consent.

♤ You may not claim the species as your own.

♤Rules & TOS are subject to change at any time.

AS A CUSTOMER

♤ You are authorized to name, add story and/or AUs, create alternative clothing, hairstyles, change the gender, etc but the original design will always exist.

♤You are NOT authorized to use the character(s) for commercial uses.

♤ Redesigns are authorized, but a log of previous designs must be kept with the character.

♤ Minor changes are authorized without any items. Minor changes include the following: Eye color, hair color/hair length/hair style, Mouth colors, minor hues & saturation changes.

♤ Major changes that significantly change the adopts design require items. Major changes include Adding or removing traits/markings, changing marking or trait colors, changing traits, adding mutations. Changes that cause the adopt to be unrecognizable from its original design or theme are not authorized.

♤There is a cooldown of 1 week between ownership changes. This includes all slots, adopts, and MYOs.

♤ You are not authorized to co-own characters.

PAYMENT

♤ You have 24 hours to pay for an adopt unless there is a prior agreement between you and the artist. If you fail to pay within the first 24 hours or agreement period, the design will be placed back up for sale.

♤You may claim for a friend but it must be clarified WHO is paying.

RESELLING/TRADING

♤You may resell the design for equal amount you paid for it unless it comes with commission art or personal art (based on commission prices at time of creation of the personal art). Contact Staff before pricing higher than the original paid amount so they are made aware of it. Trade/gifts do not add value.

♤If a purchased design is traded or gifted, it CAN NOT be resold but can be traded or gifted again.

♤If you purchase commissions of a traded/gifted design, you may sell the design for the amount of the commissioned work. HOWEVER this price needs to be evaluated with proof of purchases of the commissions by a staff member.

♤Designs obtained from an "Offer to Adopt" can be resold IF money was offered and accepted.

FREE/RAFFLE DESIGNS/MYO

♤Designs obtained with raffles or free events can be traded or gifted but CANNOT RESOLD

♤MYOs received from a free event may only be traded or gifted.

MAKE YOUR OWN (MYO)

♤You are only authorized to create an MYO utilizing a slot obtained from a free event or via purchase.

♤All MYO designs must be approved by a staff member in the Fawna Discord server.

♤MYO Fawna must be approved before being posted anywhere.

♤Once designed, an MYO cannot be reverted back to a slot.

♤MYOs may NOT be based off copyrighted characters or characters owned by someone other than you (without explicit written permission). They can be based off your own preexisting characters.

♤Do not copy/steal/trace another person's design or artwork to create your MYO.

♤If the design is based off your own preexisting character, it must be traded/gifted along with the original design.

VOIDING

♤There is a six months cool down after you own the design before it can be voided from the group.

♤When voided, please make the character unrecognizable from the species.

♤All designs (MYO/Official/Guest artist/Legacy) can be voided.

♤Voided designs may not use the lore of the species in any way.

♤Voided designs may not rejoin the species unless an MYO slot is utilized.

LEGACY DESIGNS

♤Legacy designs prior to the year 2022 can be converted to the current species. Traits must be less or equal to.

♤Converting a legacy design to a current design automatically voids the legacy design.

♤An MYO slot is NOT needed when converting.
