One of the less impressive parts of town, having yet to suffer the effects of gentrification and too many rich people living there. No, to the devils its known as the "poverty zone", where people who can't afford to live in other districts have been driven to by necessity. You won't find anything too fancy here; aside from small businesses, street markets, and the occasional dollar convenience store.

𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

SEASIDE PARK - Of all the pieces of nature left in Anarchy, none were as large as a park which sat nestled in the far corner of the city. It was known simply as Seaside Park, and was a massive garden of preserved nature which sloped down into sand and water - The only piece of a sandy shore you could find within’ the city, safe from merfolk and leviathan thanks to a massive net barrier that went a far ways out into the ocean. It stays maintained and protected by the Saints.

WOLFCLAW TAPHOUSE - Your average sleazy pub, always full of commotion and you can expect at least three drunken fights every night. Clouds of tobacco and cannabis smoke flow through the worn wooden tables. And while the bar looks the most upkept, a massive collection of assorted alcohols lining the wall behind it, you'll probably be stuck sitting next to a random group of guys yelling at whatever fight's being broadcast on the TV. If for some reason chaos fueled by beer is how you're looking to spend your Friday nights, this would be the best place to do it.
