The calmest and safest part of the main city. A place where you can mainly find hotels, cozy cafes, things like book stores and fairly priced locally owned businesses with chill vibes. It's also home to the last remaining library in the city.

𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

DESIDIA LIBRARY - The local library of Desidia, and also the last surviving normal library in Anarchy. Its survival thus far blamed on the chill vibe of people in Desidia, it's a massive library housing as many books as its been able to salvage. It's run by a woman named Zinnia.

THE HOTBOX - A relaxation lounge that can best be described as a hookah lounge but with cannabis instead of tobacco. Structured as a wide-open space with low tables surrounded by either satin-covered booths or beanbag chairs.

REDBERRY COFFEE ROASTERS - A cozy little cafe with a warm palette and atmosphere, dim lights and jazz music playing. The establishment takes pride in the fact that they roast their own coffee and prepare all foods fresh in-house.
