Kitz' partner in border patrolling. Cian isn't native to Kitz and Fionna's planet, but was raised by their kind when separated from their family.

They are dating Fionna, and they really like shiny things! While on earth, they sport an androgynous human form, but they have four eyes regardless of what form they take, as they don't really know how to get rid of them.
