Tiberius Spellborn

He comes from a long line of magical dragons, whose magic affected every part of them, even their colorations. They enchanted armor for a living. He was the runt of the clutch, and failed to follow in the footsteps of his family--he has no innate magical ability, and can only produce the basic fire that comes naturally to every dragon. He was an outcast among his family and ran away as soon as he matured to live on his own. Fast forward to the present, where he's about 53 in human terms and a retired soldier who once fought the savage "heroes" of the humanoid races. Now, he wants to lead a peaceful life... until he's called to action with the rest of a party whose mission is to stop the war between monsters and heroes. Gruff but tries to be kind.
