Mazurka

A Norr from Carsigan. A former member of the Rabbit Opera, Mazurka eventually retired from dancing to become a personal bodyguard to King Carsig. She still practices her forms and stretches every morning.

Mazurka has famously combined her classical training with a dual-blade sword fighting style, earning her the title Blade Dancer Mazurka. She was hired on by the King after a fateful encounter, in which she saved his life from an assassination plot at the Angel's Steps Opera House. 

When the Marquis Hallowmark came to see the king on a rare visit, Mazurka was stricken by the woman's beauty. An aside comment to the king about it ended up becoming...

"...Hey, Mazurka. The Marquis in the north was saying she needs a sword tutor... You should pack your things. I made the arrangements. It's your big chance!"

.....and that's how Mazurka became a part of Mia Hallowmark's court, and her personal tutor in the dual-sword fighting style.

(for posterity: Mazurka is an arc four character, which means she's around when Aesaelion is. I figured I'd specify, because this is not 'doomed lesbians because of the plot' and more 'domestic lesbians in the lighter and softer future after all the worst stuff has already happened.')
