Kona (Starbound)

"I've never seen flowers like these..."

Kona strives to embody the core values of Hylotlkind: benevolence, wisdom, grace, and having the ability to both create and appreciate fine art. However, some of xer personal views aren't exactly inline with what xer species believes. Xe hunts and eats meat, isn't prejudiced against every single Floran, and while xe does take pride in being a Hylotl, xe dislikes how self-centered and hypocritical members of xer race can be. Kona's still working on unlearning this self-righteous attitude, and every now and then catches xerself having judgmental thoughts about other species. 

Regardless, xe tries xer best to be a genuinely kind and thoughtful soul. There's few things more important to Kona than being a respectful steward of the planets xe visits, preserving works of Hylotl literature whenever xe comes across them, and protecting xer crewmates.

Despite xer gentle nature, xe's become extremely proficient with hammers and firearms—mostly out of the necessity to defend one's self when traveling on alien planets.
