Kunbo

Kunbo is a kelp monster Kowaiko. They have the ability to control their wavy kelpy hair which is good at wrapping people up in a tight grip. The victim being caught by it can hold their breath for about an hour.
Kunbo's gender is androgynous. Despite their appearances having feminine face, slender body, and long wavy kelp hairs could consider be a male or female.
