Adriano

A cold loner type seamonster who did his best to detach himself from other people but failed miserably once he met Dante. 

He doesn't like many people and acts annoyed with Dante's antics but he secretly enjoys the company no matter how foolish Dante may act. Adriano has gotten much more attached to the green seamonster than he had hoped or expected but wouldn't change it for the world.

Adriano is sappy on the inside really but would never show it, he rarely shows it to Dante even, who is the person he is closest with. He is scared of rejection and getting attached so his relationship with Dante makes him anxious to no end even though he loves Dante dearly.

He hates the surface due to how dangerous he believes it to be and has a distaste for humans because of how wasteful and annoying they can be. He puts up with Dante trying to find a bright side to the surface for Adriano because he thinks it's sweet of the other seamonster to try but he doubts he'll ever find any upside to the human world.
