EBBU

His name is Electric Bubblegum, more commonly referred to as EBBU.  He is an avatar of chaos.  But not like EVIL chaos.  He's a spirit of joyful chaos.  The desire to splash in puddles, start snowball fights or randomly decide to dye your hair hot pink.  He is those feelings incarnate.

He's a shapeshifter and a mischief maker and loves pulling pranks, especially on ancient spirits he deems to be 'sticks in the mud'.

His favorite thing in the universe is appearing to those who are feeling down and do his best to uplift them.  He's an expert at figuring out what makes people happy.
