Marianas

An ex-pirate merfolk who, uh, ended up with an eldritch makeover. After having to say farewell to their life in the sea permanently due to the sealing of their gills, Marianas crawled onto dry land for the first time in their life.

..Well, that was some time ago now! They've gotten somewhat of a hold of their landlegs, by this point... though, they're not quite yet as good as they were in their heyday, as one of the many vicious marauders of the Kraken's Maw company. It takes time, y'know, to really adapt all those old aquatic strats to more, 2D movement.

They also have a dog, that they love very much.
