⇀ Background

Born into a family of royalty, he is the first child of King _____ and Queen _____. Because of this, he is trusted with many responsibilities in order to keep the family's reputation. Although he is almost always within his family's land territories, he hardly sees his family excluding Estelle, whom he is very close to. He often sees her during her archery lessons to bring her croquettes from the neighboring village.

During one of Estelle's practices, she was testing new, enhanced arrows. She underestimated the speed and quality of the arrows, making the arrow shoot very far outside of the family's marked territories. Because she was only given a small quantity of them, she went after them, leaving the land without a second thought. In search for the arrow, she was distracted by everything that she was fascinated by and wondered off into a forest. This forest was lively; unharmed and untouched from humans and other beings that can taint nature from its natural state. Looking into the distance, she sees the result of what humanity can do and looks back at the forest with a strong desire to protect it at all costs. But time has gone by so fast as she explores the forest, it became dark and she is lost. Altair shortly finds her before any harm got to her and returns her back to the kingdom. Estelle tells him everything about the forest, including all of the beautiful scenery and wild animals and how she never saw this marked on the maps. They both come to a decision that it was undiscovered from everyone but them, so they are were devising a plan on how to keep it from being discovered. Altair asks her how she got there, and she explains to him about the arrows. He asks to see the arrows that she still has and quickly swipes them out of her hands to break them. Estelle outrages, but Altair asks her how she got them. She says that a knight with our family's armor had given them to her as a gift. He explains that those arrows were stolen from their enemy's army and had trackers on them. He guesses that someone from the enemy family had a soldier that infiltrated their ground wearing stolen armor of a knight and tricked her into taking the arrows with intentions of knowing where she is at all times. After hearing this, Estelle cries with the look of horror. Altair has a confused look, and Estelle tells him that she never found the arrow she shot, meaning that the enemy family knows the location of the untouched forest, which she calls the "Forest of Ethereal(change maybe)" because of the way the sun lights up the forest. The siblings decide to tell their parents of everything that happened and decided to return to the forest when it is day again. The siblings and a few number of others come to the forest, however they were too late. The enemy family was there and almost commenced battle on them, however refrained in fear that it would ruin the land. The enemy family wants to claim ownership of the land for materials and for more factories, however the royal family wants to keep it protected and untouched as a reserve. With this, the enemy family calls for war. Altair has always avoided being named as a general even though he is known for being the best battle strategist the family has. However because of the reason for this particular war, he accepts the title has a general and leads the family's best team of soldiers.

Specializing in aerial combat, his ability to fly works in harmony with his assortment of guns. His gun bullets have a slight freezing potential. He also has some ice abilities because of the crown. The gem was actually much bigger as it was given to him as a necklace at birth, but it did not have any powers as it served only for looks. However after (something) happens, the gem scattered to pieces and changed in color and he began to grow wings. The gems also began to change hues depending if he had his wings out or not. A relatively new blacksmith asks if he could see all of the pieces of the gem and if he could have permission to still make the gems part of Altair. Wanting to give him a chance, he does exactly so. The blacksmith uses the biggest gem and puts it on Altair's crown. The other pieces were too small to be visually noticeable in other pieces of clothing, so he puts a piece in each one of Altair's many guns. The blacksmith is then promoted as the family's personal blacksmith on the request of Altair.
