Echo is a lovable Plusle, who absolutely loves her twin Minun brother, Jinx, more than anything. She's considered the younger twin due to her child-like attitude, but she doesn't speak out as much as she's assumed to. Echo's really kind-hearted in the way that she'll endanger her own happiness to help others, especially when her brother asks for her to join.
