Osvaldo J. South is literally just some guy.
No, really. He doesn't have any powers, or spooky parents, or experimental enhancements. Literally, just a guy. After one fight too many with his mom, he decided he was sick and tired of home and flew the coop - a manic dash several states away had him quickly homeless. Oops. Lucky for him, the Chaos Insurgency scouted him out and offered him a hand out of that situation - unluckily for him, the Chaos Insurgency found him.
South entered a world of horror and mystery, spending months training to be a proper operative. It only took one assignment, meeting the love of his life at a swanky event, to completely break all of that.
Jimmy can be a bit of a lovesick fool, but he's an oilwell of hidden depths. A mathematics prodigy, he proved himself to be one of the best snipers in his cell, simply by doing the math for the trajectory of the bullet in his head very fast. He's also quite emotionally intelligent, often giving advice and reaching to a deeper truth than others would go to. However, he can be oblivious to certain things - he's convinced his first name is Jimothy. Legally, that's his middle name, but his mother pulled a real confusing little humdinger and he literally just never checked.
