Mint has a cheerful princess persona. She was spoiled by her parents when she was younger so she is used to getting what she wants. She's still polite though a huge snob when it comes to food.
In high school, Mint was more reserved and shy, but Zane (and the rest of P/C) really pushed her out of her shell. After she starts college, she's more outgoing and down to earth.
Upon graduating and getting married, she becomes very focused on raising Keili and her career. She's a supportive parent that always comes home with a tray of treats.
Mint grew up above her parents' bakery with her big sister, Heather. As the baby of the family she was given a lot of free reign (with mild teasing from her sibling).
From a young age, her parents cultivated creativity and a love of food. While never pressured to, she decided she wanted to also be a chef like her parents. Mint loved the atmosphere and warm feeling that the bakery brought.
She meets the colors in high school and becomes good friends. She starts dating Zane.
After high school. she's goes to a culinary school close to Zane's school and visits as much as she can. Near graduation she learns she's pregnant and the two get engaged shortly after realizing, marrying the next year.
She gets a job as a pastry chef with an acquaintance of her parents'. She's a "cool" mom.
They met in chemistry class, senior year, when they were assigned to be lab partners. Between goofing around in class, she learned about his band doing a gig and promised to go (to Zane's embarrassment). They started hanging out more after school - swapping stories about love interests, and the band.
Zane eventually breaks up with Shay to ask Mint out and they become the PC power couple. They wind up going to college close together. Two months before college graduation, Mint learns she is pregnant with Zane's baby and they have Kili. They get married soon after graduation.
Mint had a big crush on her underclassman; she found his fiery spirit very charming. However, all her attempts to woo him went totally over his head. She brings him to the first PC gig, but he seems to not really care for it, but was excited for the food she brought. Mint went to a bunch of his soccer games before she started hanging out with Zane more. Though she eventually gives up on him, they remain courteous with one another.
They met at the first PC show, through Zane. Redd's disposition towards awkwardness and Mint's polite quietness meant they had a slow start. She enjoys trying on all the "costumes" at his house.

Met at the first PC show. He reminds her a bit of Leo, but more mature. They discuss school, books, and sometimes food. Things were a bit awkward between them when Zane broke up with him for a while, but they got past it fairly quickly.
A loving father who spoils his family. Owns the bakery in town. He fell in love with France when he studied their for culinary school. He's boisterous, affectionate, and always trying to make people eat a little more.
Much more reserved than her husband. Mint's mother specializes in confections. To her, the best thing in life is reading a magazine with a glass of red wine. She's more of a listener than an advisor, but she's always been reasonable to Mint who sees her as a rock in her life.
A modern women in all sense of the word. She's studying business in hopes of taking the finances out of her dad's hands so he can just focus on baking. Blunt and sometimes harsh, Mint respects her sister very much, but they aren't exactly close.
The baby she had with Zane at the end of college. Though not exactly planned, Mint was very excited to have Keylime. "Keili" was a quiet but adventurous child who started dressing themself very young and always snuck a critter into their pockets.
