Personality: Always quiet because she never has anything to say, clever, introverted, untrusting

Backstory: No one knows exactly where she came from, she appeared about two years ago on the beach. An old widow found her and helped her get support, supposing that she had been in a recent tsunami. The widow passed away a couple years later and Bunyi took over her home until that got washed away.

Current story: Bunyi live on the edge of the sea in a small, easily rebuildable hut. She lives directly beside a beach that many people come to swim at. She normally avoids the water but there are her semi-annual swims where she will dive into the ocean and no one will see her for up to a week after that. People presume she is the guardian of the beach because whenever she disappears one or two unsuspecting swimmers, normally snorkelers, will disappear and their bones will get found in the coral reef nearby. There are a few that she is a nightmare in disguise and they are just waiting to find evidence to prove it.
