Bio wip: !!BNHA OC!!  Quirk allows her to project/ control someone's worst nightmare for about 3 minutes before physical repercussions occur, including the compression of her skull and nervous instability. Can only control up to 4 projected fears at a time; power gets more uncontrollable with each projection. Goes to an academy- undecided hero or villain.
