Bran O'Corcrán/GhostKnight

a ghost, that’s been stuck in leap castle since the day of his death. bran was unfortunate enough to be caught in the middle of family conflict of the o’carroll clan. he was once a hired mercenary, but upon feasting after a grand victory, it appeared that the host had cleverly set up a trap. all the food was poisoned, sending dozens of men falling to the floor, blood and foam dripping from their mouths. bran’s body was unceremoniously dumped in the oubliette, along with all the others, and he’s been haunting the place ever since. though, despite centuries passing, bran doesn’t appear to know he’s dead at all. strange powers have manifested in him, which he has blamed on a curse from the pagans, the druids perhaps, or those sickening demons that were crawling in the fields when he last saw them. any explanation, anything that isn’t his own doing.

despite being a ghost himself, and by all means a brave warrior, bran seems to be equally terrified of the castle’s many spirits. the castle knows not a moment of peace for those able to see the dead, but worst of all, there is that sheep - though, come to think of it, he hasn’t seen it in a very long time. perhaps it figured a way out? oh, how envious is he! he wants out, he wants OUT!
