Philea is much too naive for beeing a Demon who actually is so close to a devil. She acts like a little child and doesn't do what others tell her to do. Sometimes she listens to Eilonvy who is the devil she is working for but that's just sometimes. Nevertheless she is pretty good with blue flames (Which is a creation by Eilonvy, also Aomizu fights with blue flames.)
In the underworld there are many rival fights between the devils. Yui - who is a Demon created by Akuma was inprisoned by Eilonvy. Philea often visits her and try to talk to her but hates her since she doesn't answers.^^
