Appearance: His head is that of an old fashioned radio, circa late 1950s, under the brandname 'Orson'. This is obviously his namesake in this form. Fire-engine red and polished at all times, stainless steel knobs and a complete lack of a face. He does create small distortions in the air that give some indication of his emotional state (little exclamation points, question marks, and the like). He mostly expresses himself with body language in order to compensate, as well as his very impressive set of voices which change depending on the station he is set to. He always sounds like some iterration of a man or woman with a golden voice. He mostly dresses conservatively, often in finely pressed polos, jackets, and vests. He has an olive/deep tan skin tone, but it is difficult to determine his nationality due to his array of voices. Which is the original? If any? Who's to say?

Personality: On the surface, this man is very much a gentleman. A great listener, a hypnotic set of voices, he has a penchant for conducting interviews or stating the local news. His 'flavor' does shift depending on the station he is set to. Most commonly, he prefers 115.9 AM, *his* station, where he carries a very patient and calming masculine voice, like the kind you would expect when listening to a good audiobook. Shifting him to other stations however will give you different flavors and voices - for instance, changing the station to a gospel channel would give him a more booming and charismatic preacher's voice, and he will of course speak in a similar cadence with the same subject of religion at the forefront. The man is something of an enigma however. He listens and reports, but he hardly talks about himself. Nobody knows if he can even defend himself, or how he's managed to stay afloat/alive.

Backstory: Works and lives in the old radio station. Has been there for as long as anyone can remember. He seemed to be unaffiliated with any faction and is generally left untouched. He doesn't go looking for trouble, and when trouble finds him...for some reason, it doesn't stick. Either he's got the charisma to avoid getting gutted and rolled or there's some kind of hand he hasn't revealed about his skill set or his reason for being here.
Extra: Common rumor? He's a government spook. HAS TO BE. But wouldn't a government spook operate in the shadows? Or is he going for the 'in plain sight' approach?
