Formerly a scientist on Mechonis, Hal left after a disagreement with Egil's methods, joining Lorithia as the lead weapon's developer, and Telethia researcher.
His tail is a result of genetic tampering, and underneath the metal plating of his body is an ever growing mess of Telethia genetics.
While working for Lorithia, Hal is forced to spend decades within the Telethia Research Lab, and as a result slowly disconnects with himself, becoming a cold, malicious, and selfish person under Lorithia's thumb. He often would take out his frustrations on his coworkers, before slowly mellowing out and realizing the horror of his actions.
While working in the lab, he befriends and falls in love with Xander, a man placed in the team by the Royal Family. It's a rocky relationship at first, with Hal not quite being the kindest person at first. He appreciates and adores Xander greatly.
Hal has a brother, Qizar, who he cares deeply for, and misses dearly.
