Devanski is known for academic lineage of blood and has served a lot of unions, countries overall over the world. but Leerio choses Frenhiem realm because of the younger prince candidacy. and he found his purpose in life to teach the young prince about a lot of things and even though he was a having hardtime teaching him, because of his expresionless face. he doesn't know how to respond. and he's quite found of the young prince and found him worth to be the next king.
